1. Acceptance
These terms form an agreement between you and Samt for use of the app, website, and related services. Do not use the service if you do not agree. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or use Samt under an authorized parent or guardian’s supervision where permitted.
2. Service and account
Samt helps divide projects into steps and organize tasks. Some functions work without an account; synchronization and collaboration require sign-in. Some features may require a subscription. You are responsible for protecting your device and account, providing accurate information, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
3. Your content and privacy
You keep ownership of your content. You grant Samt and its providers a limited right to process it only to deliver the features you request, such as saving, sharing, or AI planning. Our Privacy Policy explains data use. You are responsible for having the right to submit and share content.
4. AI planning
AI-generated output is a suggestion and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review it before relying on it. Samt does not replace medical, legal, financial, or specialist safety advice. You remain responsible for decisions and task execution.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse, compromise, disrupt, bypass usage limits, or gain unauthorized access to Samt. Do not violate others’ rights or applicable law or publish harmful or unlawful content. We may restrict access where abuse is suspected or to protect the service and its users.
6. Sharing and third-party services
You control whom you invite and their permissions. Participants may see or edit content according to those permissions. Some features depend on Apple, Supabase, OpenAI, and other services subject to their own terms and policies. Applicable Apple standard terms also apply to downloading and using the app from the App Store.
Subscriptions and purchases
If you choose a subscription, the App Store displays its price, duration, and any available trial terms before purchase. Apple handles billing. Subscriptions renew automatically under the terms shown at purchase unless canceled. Manage or cancel them in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Trial eligibility and refunds are subject to Apple’s terms and applicable statutory rights. Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
7. Changes and availability
We may add, change, or discontinue features, and service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or remain unchanged. Updated terms will be published here with their update date.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee particular outcomes or error-free results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost profits arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Ending use
You may stop using Samt and delete local projects at any time. Request account deletion in app settings or contact support for help. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage it in your Apple account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach or legal or security reasons, subject to mandatory rights.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes are handled by the competent authority under applicable law. For questions or notices, contact hello@trysamt.app.
